1. General Information Arteza Homes provides vacation rental services, including accommodations, concierge services, and optional add-ons such as car and boat rentals. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservation Process:
- Guests must provide accurate information when booking.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email from Arteza Homes.
2.2 Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payment links.
2.3 Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 business days of your check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of these Terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Strict Cancellation Policy:
- Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings:
- If you selected a non-refundable booking option, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4.2 Check-out:
- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Property Care:
- Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
- Smoking is not allowed inside any property.
5.2 No Pets Policy:
- Pets are not allowed in any property due to owner preferences.
5.3 Occupancy:
- The number of guests must not exceed the property’s stated maximum capacity.
6. Additional Services
6.1 Car and Boat Rentals:
- These services are provided through third-party partners. Arteza Homes acts as an intermediary.
- Guests must comply with the rental agreement provided by the third party.
6.2 Private Chef and Concierge Services:
- These services are subject to availability and additional fees. Please inquire at the time of booking.
7. Liability
7.1 Property Use:
- Arteza Homes is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
7.2 Third-party Services:
- Arteza Homes is not liable for issues arising from third-party services, such as car or boat rentals.
8. Privacy Arteza Homes respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami, Florida.
